At Memaa, every piece is handmade with care. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order and custom crochet pieces may take 5–10 business days to be prepared before shipping, depending on the design, quantity, and order queue.

During busy periods, holidays, or high-demand drops, processing time may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is any unexpected delay.

After your order is processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, location, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you through WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your order before shipping.

If we cannot confirm the order, Memaa reserves the right to delay or cancel the shipment.

Please make sure to enter a correct phone number and full address to avoid delivery delays.

Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

Please include:

• Governorate

• Area

• Street name

• Building number

• Floor and apartment number

• Landmark if available

• Correct phone number

Memaa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, your order may be returned to us.

In this case, the customer may be responsible for paying the delivery fee again to reship the order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items require extra preparation time because they are handmade specially for you.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

For some custom orders, a deposit may be required before production starts.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details when available.

International Shipping

At the moment, Memaa ships within Egypt only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, it will be announced on our website and social media pages.
